Raw Milk Eggnog Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of raw milk
- 1/2 cup of raw cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp of raw honey

- Dash of cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients & mix thoroughly. I like to use a tall mason jar and my immersion blender (with the whisk attachment) to blend it.
Notes:
- This is a one serving recipe. Adjust as necessary to make more!
- Adjust the ratio of milk to cream as you see fit. Add more cream for it to be creamier, and less for it to be sweeter and lighter.
- This recipe works well for pasteurized dairy as well!
- Using the handheld immersion blender makes for less dishes and cleanup! I love this one, but there are many brands available. I just drink it straight out of the jar I mix it in!
- You can make this recipe any time of year. I often drink it in the mornings as an easy breakfast!
