Northstar Bison: Pastured Pork (Corn & Soy Free)

Northstar Bison is one of the few farms that offers corn & soy free pork (if you’ve looked for it, you know how difficult it is to find). They are able to keep the soy free pork in stock more consistently than their corn & soy free pork. Be sure to sign up for stock notifications, because they often sell out of pork cuts quickly!

Personally, I love their side pork (with Redmonds smoked salt, which makes it taste like bacon), pork soup bones, and pork ground organ blend. I actually have a pork head in the freezer from Northstar that I’m so excited to roast! Sometimes they even have pork BRAIN in stock. Northstar has such an awesome variety of cuts and organs available.
