Billydoe Meats: Fresh Organs

Billydoe Meats products are raised on small family farms. Keep in mind their lamb and beef (to my knowledge) is not 100% grass-finished. I’m including their products here because they have so many excellent organ options. They are one of the only farm shop I know of to sell brain (Northstar Bison sometimes has corn/soy free pork brain). I think that’s so cool! They also have eyes, which I’ve never seen before.

They have lamb, goat, veal, and beef organs. All their meats are also unaged, so they are a great low-histamine option.
