Primal Kitchen: Avocado Oil Spray

When looking for avocado oil, make sure to find “unrefined” and “extra virgin”. Unfortunately, up to 80% of avocado oil and olive oil brands are either contaminated with seed oils or rancid.

Because its hard to know if olive oil truly is pure, I typically cook with animal fats wherever possible. If the avocado oil is pure and from a good source, it should be fine to eat!
