Redmond Real Salt: Fine Salt

Redmond Real Salt is America’s only unrefined sea salt. It’s harvested from a mine in central Utah, is full of minerals, and has an incredible flavor. Once you try Redmond’s salt, you can’t go back (trust me, I know from personal experience).

Personally, I love using the “fine” version of Redmond Real Salt for making beef jerky, because I feel it adheres to the meat better.
